Smolov Jr. is an abbreviated version of the Smolov squatting protocol. It is also very often used for Bench Press. This 4-day per week regimen will probably include some of the toughest sets you've ever attempted. This program puts a tremendous amount of stress on you nervous system and is therefor not applicable to anyone but lifters who are used to the workload. Beginners are definitely not advised to try this out.
Assistance work should be chosen sparingly. Don't overdo it.
